同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between homocysteine and type 2 diabetic nephropathy

随着2型糖尿病(T2DM)患病负担的增加,糖尿病肾病(DKD)逐渐成为终末期肾病的主要原因,目前传统的危险因素并不能完全解释DKD的高发病率及高死亡率。近年来,许多研究表明同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与DKD有密切关联。该文就Hcy的代谢、Hcy水平的影响因素、Hcy与T2DM和DKD的关系、补充B族维生素作用效果进行综述,以期为Hcy的后续研究提供参考。

With the increasing burden of diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM),diabetic kidney disease(DKD) has gradually become the main cause of end-stage renal disease.At present, the traditional risk factors cannot fully explain the high morbidity and mortality of DKD.In recent years, numerous researches have shown that homocysteine(Hcy) is closely related to DKD.The article reviews the metabolism of Hcy, the influence factors of Hcy level, the relationship between Hcy and T2DM as well as DKD,and the effect of B vitamins supplementation, in order to provide reference for the follow-up study of Hcy.
