摘要
在油品含水量智能检测系统中 ,基于水的介电常数远远大于油的介电常数 ,因而两者所呈现的射频阻抗特性不相同的原理 ,使用了射频电容传感器。但在测试过程中发现传感器的输出不但决定于含水量一个参量 ,环境温度发生变化时系统的输出值也会发生变化 ,即系统对温度存在交叉灵敏度 ,从而影响系统性能和测量准确度。因此在油品含水量智能检测系统中 ,通过对温度和水分两个参量进行监测 ,并采用多传感器信息融合技术对传感器输入信息温度和水分、输出信息温度电压和水分电压进行融合处理以提高目标参量的测量准确度和测量系统的温度稳定性。
Radio frequency capacitance sensor is usually used in the intelligent inspection of the water-content in oil product.This method depends on the great difference between the water dielectric constant and oil.The dielectric constant of water is so much bigger than that of the oil that the radio frequency showed by them is much different.In the process of the inspection,it shows that the output of the sensor is determined by one parameter and furthermore the output date of the whole system is also changed when the temperature of environment is changed.The system has certain cross sensitivity about the temperature and it can also affect the function of the whole system and measurement precision.In order to improve the measurement accuracy and maintain the temperature stability of the system,poly information fusion technology is used to make a further inspection about the temperature and the moisture voltage.
