摘要
As a person who loves to travel and see the world,I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge on geography.Yet,when I was told that I would be sent to work in the Confucius Institute in Eritrea,I knew nothing about the country.Nor could I find much information on the Internet.With this ignorance,I landed in the country in the highlands of East Africa on the shores of the Red Sea in 2018.It didn’t bother me much,though,as I like the surprises the unknown might bring to me.So,I was both apprehensive and curious about the trip.
