地黄治疗2型糖尿病作用机制的研究进展 被引量:7

Research progress on mechanism of Rehmanniae Radix in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是一种常见的由多因素共同导致的慢性代谢紊乱疾病。随着我国老龄化的加剧以及不健康的生活方式,T2DM发病率持续升高并趋于年轻化。地黄是传统的常用大宗药材之一,近年来发现地黄在治疗T2DM及其并发症方面疗效显著。通过查阅近年来国内外有关地黄治疗T2DM作用机制的相关文献,对地黄单味药材及其有效成分和含地黄的中药复方通过改善胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能受损、基因、氧化应激、炎症反应以及肠道菌群失衡等方式治疗T2DM的研究进展进行综述,以期为地黄治疗T2DM的临床应用提供实验依据与理论参考。 Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is a common chronic metabolic disorder caused by multiple factors.With the increasing aging in China and unhealthy lifestyle,the morbidity of T2DM continues to increase and tends to be younger.Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix) is one of the traditional bulk Chinese medicines.In recent years,it has been found that Rehmanniae Radix has remarkable efficacy in the treatment of T2DM and its complications.In this paper,by reviewing the relevant literatures on the mechanism of Rehmanniae Radix in treatment of T2DM at home and abroad in recent years,research progress on treatment of T2DM by Rehmanniae Radix and its effective ingredients and prescription containing Rehmanniae Radix through improving insulin resistance,impairing islet β cell function,genetic,oxidative stress,inflammatory response and imbalance of intestinal flora were reviewed,which can provide experimental basis and theoretical reference for the clinical application of Rehmanniae Radix in the treatment of T2DM.
