摘要
“一带一路”的倡议为沿路地区带来了旅游需求等促进效应,作为“一带一路”有机衔接的重要门户,新疆旅游也尝到了红利。其中,新疆的红色旅游无论是在经济还是社会功能等方面都发挥着重要的作用。红色旅游的满意度是推动新疆红色旅游高质量发展的重点,满意度带来的积极情绪影响着游客,尤其是外地等游客对新疆旅游目的地形象的心理塑造。本文以新疆维吾尔自治区博物馆、石河子军垦博物馆、可可托海矿山公园红色旅游景区游客的网络评论作为研究对象,用文本分析法分析红色旅游游客满意度,在此基础上,以推拉理论为分类依据,再基于目的地的拉力因素以及游客内心的推力两方面来探析游的满意度及其影响因素。得到以下结论:旅游资源,历史人文和旅游服务是影响新疆红色旅游游客满意度的因素。
The Belt and Road Initiative has brought tourism demand and other promoting effects to the regions along the road.As an important gateway for its organic connection,Xinjiang tourism has also benefited from the Initiative.Red tourism in Xinjiang,in particular,has important economic and social functions.The satisfaction with red tourism is the key to promoting the high-quality development of red tourism in Xinjiang.The positive emotions brought by the satisfaction affect the tourists’image building of tourist destinations in Xinjiang,especially for those non-Xinjiang tourists.Focusing on the online comments of tourists in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum,Shihezi Military Reclamation Museum and Keketohai Mine Park,the research analyzes tourists’satisfaction with red tourism with text analysis.Based on this,from the perspective of the push-pull-theory,the research explores the tourists’satisfaction and its influencing factors with reference to the pull factor of destinations and the inner push of tourists.The following conclusion can be drawn:such factors as tourism resources,history and humanities,as well as tourism services affect the tourist satisfaction with red tourism in Xinjiang.
