广东省1036家医疗机构性病实验室梅毒血清学检测能力验证结果

Ccapability testing results of syphilis serology of STI laboratories in 1036 medical institutions in Guangdong Province

目的调查评估广东省不同医疗机构性病实验室梅毒血清学检测能力,为提高全省性病实验室梅毒检测水平提供依据。方法统一制备发放梅毒血清样本,包括梅毒非特异性血清和梅毒特异性血清,各级别性病实验室按要求分别进行梅毒非特异性血清学定性/定量和梅毒特异性血清学定性试验,通过省性病实验室管理信息系统上报结果,试验结果与靶值一致为正确。结果2021年,全省1036家实验室参加本次能力验证,1031家回报结果,其中33家回报部分结果,平均94.55分,合格率97.39%(972/998)。3种梅毒血清学检测中,梅毒非特异性定性和定量试验平均分分别为93.98分和90.97分,梅毒特异性定性平均分为98.33分。总得分位于全省平均分以上实验室占73.35%(732/998),不合格占2.61%(26/998)。规范化性病实验室成绩平均分(96.52分)和合格率(99.07%)均显著高于普通实验室的92.25分和95.43%。结论我省梅毒血清学检测能力处于较高水平,但不同医疗机构和实验室检测能力具有一定差异,普通实验室梅毒血清学检测能力有待加强,加强性病实验室规范化建设可促进梅毒实验室检测水平的提高。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the serological detection ability of syphilis in STD laboratories of different medical institutions in Guangdong Province,and to provide evidence for improving the detection ability of syphilis in STD laboratories in Guangdong Province.Methods Syphilis serum samples,including syphilis non-specific serum and syphilis-specific serum,were prepared and distributed.Syphilis non-specific serological qualitative/quantitative and syphilis-specific serological qualitative tests were performed in STD laboratories at all levels.The results were reported through the provincial STD laboratory management information system.It was classified as correct when test results were consistent with the target values.Results In 2021,1,036 laboratories participated in this ability verification.1,031 laboratories returned results,of which 33 returned partial results.Average score was 94.55 points and the qualified rate was 97.39%(972/998).Among the three serological tests for syphilis,the mean scores of non-specific qualitative and quantitative tests for syphilis were 93.98 and 90.97,respectively.The mean score of syphilis-specific qualitative tests was98.33.There were 73.35%(732/998)of laboratories with a total score above the provincial mean score and 2.61%(26/998)were unqualified.The mean score(96.52)and qualified rate(99.07%)of standardized STD laboratory scores were significantly higher than 92.25 and 95.43%of common laboratories.Conclusions The serological detection ability of syphilis in Guangdong province is at a high level.There are some differences in the detection ability of different medical institutions and laboratories.The serological detection ability of syphilis in common laboratories needs to be strengthened.Strengthening the standardized construction of STD laboratories can improve the laboratory detection level of syphilis.
