摘要
为科学评估《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2019对夏热冬冷地区住宅类绿色建筑星级的影响,采用六个宁波市住宅项目进行了条文分析,比较了六个住宅项目分别执行《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2014版和2019版的得分,梳理了全零分条文、主要得分条文,并结合工程造价信息挖掘有得分潜力技术条文的增量成本,形成了在夏热冬冷地区可复制、可推广的15项绿色建筑适宜技术,合计增加投资70.9元/m^(2)。最后,指出了通过优化场地布局设计和采用建筑被动式技术,是最低成本的绿色建筑得分举措。
In order to scientifically evaluate the impact of the Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings GB/T50378-2019 on the star rating of residential Green Buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter areas, six cases of residential projects in Ningbo are used for standard provisions analysis. The scores of six residential projects in the implementation of the Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings GB/T50378-2014 and GB/T50378-2019 versions are compared respectively as well as the full zero score provisions and main score provisions are sorted out. Meanwhile, the incremental cost of technical provisions with scoring potential has been mined by combining the engineering cost information. Fifteen appropriate technologies for Green Buildings can be replicated and promoted in hot summer and cold winter areas, with a total increase in investment of ¥70.9/m^(2). Finally, it is pointed out that the lowest cost scoring measures of Green Building could be achieved by optimizing site layout design and adopting building passive technology.
