摘要
未来社区全过程造价咨询与普通安置房的全过程造价咨询具有明显差异,做好未来社区全过程造价咨询需从结构体系、定额体系等方面进行剖析,并对未来社区全生命周期进行造价控制。
There are obvious differences between the whole process cost consultation of the future community and that of ordinary affordable housing.The whole process cost consultation of the future community needs to be analyzed from the aspects of structure system, quota system and etc, so as to control the cost of the whole life cycle of the future community.
