近年来,国家持续推进基本公共教育均等化,巩固义务教育基本均衡成果,完善办学标准,推动义务教育优质均衡发展和城乡一体化。本文针对中小学校新建工程在可行性研究阶段必要性论证、需求规模分析、选址用地、建设方案、组织管理、投资估算等方面存在的常见问题进行分析,并提出相应对策建议。

In recent years, China has continued to promote the equalization of basic public education, consolidate the basic balanced achievements of compulsory education, improve school management standards, and promote high-quality balanced development of compulsory education and urban-rural integration.This paper analyzes the common problems existing in the necessity demonstration, demand scale analysis, site selection and land use, construction scheme, organization management, investment estimation and other aspects of the new construction project of primary and secondary schools in the feasibility study stage, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
