摘要
钻井试油作业存在环境风险突出、易发生环境污染事故等问题,通过开发钻井试油环境风险防控系统,实现现场环境信息的快速录入,方便相关单位及时了解现场环境情况,并可根据环境信息对环境风险进行自动判定,为环境管理人员的环境决策提供依据。现场环境远程监管模式实现了对作业现场环境信息的及时掌握,实时跟踪,有效地指导钻井试油作业环境管理、风险防控及隐患整治,降低环境事件的发生概率。
The drilling and oil testing operation has the characteristics of prominent environmental risks and prone to environmental pollution accidents and disputes.Through the development of the drilling and oil testing environmental risk prevention and control system,the automatic determination of environmental risks is realized,and finally an on-site environmental remote supervision mode is formed,so as to timely grasp and track the environmental information on the operation site,effectively guide the environmental management of drilling and oil testing operation and risk prevention and hidden danger rectification,reduce the probability of environmental incidents.
