摘要
针对微细粒锡石浮选回收难问题,采用纯矿物浮选试验的方法,以多粘类芽孢杆菌和红球菌作为浮选捕收剂,研究了pH值、菌量、作用时间、菌培养时间、粒度等因素对锡石浮选回收率的影响规律。结果表明,多粘类芽孢杆菌对粒度小于13μm锡石浮选回收率最大为85.04%,对粒度为13~<38μm锡石的浮选回收率最大为75.03%。红球菌对粒度小于13μm锡石浮选回收率最大为72.77%,对粒度为13~<38μm锡石的浮选回收率最大为56.32%。多粘类芽孢杆菌对微细粒锡石的浮选效果普遍优于红球菌,且多粘类芽孢杆菌对细粒锡石(粒度小于13μm)具有更好的回收效果。扫描电镜和Zeta电位测试结果表明,多粘类芽孢杆菌和红球菌均可吸附在锡石表面上,改变了锡石的表面电位,影响微细粒锡石浮选回收率。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to recover fine-grained cassiterite,this study adopts the method of pure mineral flotation test,using Paenibacillus polymyxa and Rhodococcus erythropolis as flotation collectors.The effects of pH value,bacterial quantity,action time,bacterial culture time and particle size on the flotation recovery of cassiterite were studied.The results show that the flotation effect of Paenibacillus polymyxa on fine-grained cassiterite with different particle sizes was-13μm>-38μm,and the highest recovery was 85.04%and 75.03%,respectively.The flotation effect of Rhodococcus erythropolis on fine-grained cassiterite with different particle sizes is-38μm>-13μm,and the highest recovery is 72.77%and 56.32%,respectively.The flotation effect of Paenibacillus polymyxa on fine-grained cassiterite is generally better than that of Rhodococcus erythropolis,and Paenibacillus polymyxa has a better recovery effect on fine-grained cassiterite(<13μm).The results of SEM and Zeta potential measurements showed that both Paenibacillus polymyxa and Rhodococcus erythropolis could adsorb on the surface of cassiterite,which changed the surface potential of cassiterite and affected the recovery of fine-grained cassiterite.
