成渝地区双城经济圈交通基础设施互联互通水平评价

Evaluation of the Level of Interconnection and Accessibility of Transportation Infrastructure in Chengdu-Chongqing Double City Economic Circle

促进交通基础设施互联互通是推动区域协同发展的重要措施,为了提升成渝双城经济圈交通基础设施互联互通水平,对交通基础设施互联互通水平的科学评价必不可少。基于FAHP-TOPSIS模型,从基础设施、政府政策、外部环境、运营绩效等4个维度构建了交通基础设施互联互通水平评价指标体系,对成渝地区及三大经济圈进行横向对比分析,得出了成渝地区交通基础设施基础较好,但经济辐射发展水平和统筹规划协同水平不足等结论,并针对成渝地区双城经济圈不足之处提出相关建议。

Promoting the interconnection of transportation infrastructure is an important measure to promote regional coordinated development. In order to improve the interconnection level of transportation infrastructure in Chengdu-Chongqing double city economic circle, it is essential to scientifically evaluate the interconnection level of transportation infrastructure. Based on the FAHP-TOPSIS model, in this paper the evaluation index system of the interconnection level of transportation infrastructure is established from the four dimensions of infrastructure, government policies, external environment and operation performance, and a horizontal comparative analysis is carried out in terms of Chengdu-Chongqing areas and three major economic cycles. The conclusion is obtained that the transportation infrastructure of Chengdu-Chongqing double city economic circle is better, however, the development level of economic radiation and the coordination level of overall planning are insufficient, and relevant suggestions are put forward for the deficiencies of Chengdu-Chongqing double city economic circle.
