摘要
针对公路工程建设项目设计文件中工程数量表形式和内容的多样性、差异性问题,首先采用工作分解结构(WBS)对公路工程组成结构进行分解;然后依据相关规范和典型的设计图纸工程量表格,将生成的WBS分解图编制为标准化的设计工程量表格,实现基于编码技术的标准化表格的快速获取和调用;最后,用实际项目进行验证。结果表明:采用标准化的工程量表格后,可以明显降低费用成本,在某些标段的成本费用降低约4%,工程合同总额降低约1%。此外,标准化的工程数量表也可以减少项目参与各方之间的沟通成本,提高编制文件的效率和准确性。
Aiming at the diversity and difference of the form and content of the BOQ table in the design documents of highway projects, frstly, the work breakdown structure(WBS) is used to decompose the composition items of highway project. Then, according to the relevant specifications and BOQ form of typical design drawings, the generated WBS diagram is compiled into a standardized design BOQ form, which realizes quickly access and use of standardized forms based on coding technology. Finally, an actual project is used to verify the result. The results show that the project cost can be significantly reduced after the standardized BOQ table is adopted. In some contract sections, the cost is reduced by about 4%, and the total project contract price is reduced by about 1%. In addition, the standardized BOQ table can also reduce the communication cost among all shareholders that involved in the project and improve the efficiency and accuracy of document preparation.
