青年发展需求的回应和解决路径分析——基于河南省中长期青年发展规划

Analysis on the Response and Solution of Youth Development Needs: Based on the Medium and Long Term Youth Development Plan of Henan Province

研究重点关注青年发展现存的青年思想道德、青年教育、青年健康、青年婚恋、青年就业创业等方面的需求。通过对青年发展需求的分析,提出了加强思政教育,运用课程思政推动“三全育人”;持续优化教育环境,对青年失学人员加强教育培训扶持;对即将就业人员加大帮扶力度,多措并举推动青年就业创业工作;引导适龄青年树立正确的婚恋观等促进青年高质量发展的实施路径。

The research focuses on the existing needs of youth development in terms of youth ideology and morality, youth education, youth health, youth marriage, youth employment and entrepreneurship. Through the analysis of youth development needs, this research proposes to strengthen ideological and political education, and use the ideological and political curriculum to promote “three integrity education”;Continuously optimize the educational environment, strengthen education and training support for young out of school personnel;We will increase assistance to those who are about to be employed, and take multiple measures to promote youth employment and entrepreneurship;We should guide the school-age youth to establish a correct concept of marriage and love and other implementation paths to promote the high-quality development of youth.
