新冠肺炎疫情防控常态下高职院校学生自我效能感与心理健康的关系研究

摘要 目前,国内新冠肺炎疫情防控已经进入常态化管理阶段,人们的生活、工作和学习正在朝着稳步有序方向发展.有研究表明,进入新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化阶段后,高职院校学生群体情绪障碍等心理问题发生概率较大,学生的心理健康辅导越来越重要.通过数据收集及相关分析得出,高职院校学生自我效能感与心理健康状况存在负相关关系.在此基础上就大学生心理健康保健工作提出积极心理干预策略. At present, the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China has entered the stage of normalized management, and people’s life, work and study are developing steadily and orderly. Studies have shown that after entering the normalization stage of COVID-19 prevention and control, the probability of psychological problems such as emotional disorders among students in higher vocational colleges is high, and students’ mental health counseling is becoming more and more important. Through data collection and correlation analysis, this study concludes that there is a negative correlation between Higher Vocational Students’ self-efficacy and mental health. On this basis, it puts forward positive psychological intervention strategies for college students’ mental health care.
