半潜打捞船机舱风机变频控制系统设计

摘要 为提高机舱环境的舒适性,保障机舱设备安全运行,基于某半潜打捞船,对机舱风机变频控制系统的设计、温度传感器和压差传感器的布置要求及变频控制逻辑进行分析。研究表明:该系统可根据机舱内压力和温度的变化控制机舱风机的运行负荷,不仅能满足机舱设备运行所需的新风,还能保障机舱风机在不同工况下的自动化运行,减少能耗,降低船舶运营成本。研究成果可为船舶机舱风机控制系统的设计提供一定参考。 In order to improve the comfort of the engine room environment and ensure the safe operation of the engine room equipment, based on a semi-submersible salvage vessel, the design of the variable frequency control system for the engine room fan, the layout requirements of temperature transmitters and differential pressure transmitters, and the frequency conversion control logic are analyzed. The research shows that the system can control the operating load of the engine room fan according to the change of the pressure and temperature in the engine room, which can not only meet the requirements of fresh air for the operation of the engine room equipment, but also ensure the automatic operation of the engine room fan under different working conditions. It can effectively reduce energy consumption and reduce the operation cost of the ship. The research results can provide some references for the design of the fan control system of the ship engine room.
