Cleaning and Filling Technology of Refrigerant Water Pipe of Marine Air-Conditioning

为保障船舶中央空调系统的长期稳定运行,对冷媒水管清洗串洗、除锈防锈和充注等技术要求和工艺流程进行分析,总结出适用于船用空调冷媒水系统的水管清洗和充注工艺。研究表明:该工艺可有效提高水管耐腐蚀性,防止系统内部结垢,避免换热效率降低。研究成果可为船用空调冷媒水管的清洗和充注提供一定参考。

In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the ship’s central air-conditioning system,the technical requirements and process flow of the refrigerant water pipe washing, rust removal, rust prevention and filling are analyzed, and the water pipe cleaning and filling technology suitable for the marine air-conditioning refrigerant water system is summarized. The research shows that the process can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of water pipes, prevent scaling in the system and avoid the decrease of heat transfer efficiency. The research results can provide some references for the cleaning and filling of marine air-conditioning refrigerant water pipes.
