综合护理联合健康教育干预在星状神经节阻滞治疗围绝经期综合征中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with health education intervention in stellate ganglion block treatment of perimenopausal syndrome

目的 探讨综合护理联合健康教育在星状神经节阻滞治疗围绝经期综合征护理中的应用效果。方法 选择60例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理联合健康教育干预。对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分、对治疗相关健康知识掌握度评分及护理总有效率。结果 护理前,两组患者焦虑、对治疗相关健康知识掌握度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者焦虑评分低于对照组,对治疗相关健康知识掌握度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理联合健康教育在星状神经节阻滞治疗围绝经期综合征护理中的应用效果显著,不仅能缓解患者负性情绪和提升其对治疗相关健康知识掌握度,还能提高其治疗效果,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with health education in stellate ganglion block treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing combined with health education intervention. The anxiety score, the mastery score of treatmentrelated health knowledge and the total effective rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in the scores of anxiety and mastery of treatment-related health knowledge between two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the mastery score of the treatment-related health knowledge was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing combined with health education in stellate ganglion block treatment of perimenopausal syndrome has significant effects, which can not only relieve patients’ negative emotions and improve their mastery of health knowledge related to treatment, but also improve the therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
