知信行模式护理在子宫内膜异位症伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the effect of practice mode nursing in patients with endometriosis and diabetes

目的 分析知信行模式护理在子宫内膜异位症伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 选择80例子宫内膜异位症伴糖尿病患者,采用双色球法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规模式护理,观察组患者采用知信行模式护理。比较两组患者护理前后疾病应对评分、自护能力评分、护理总有效率。结果 护理前,两组疾病应对评分、自护能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组疾病应对评分、自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 知信行模式护理在子宫内膜异位症伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,不仅能促进患者积极地应对疾病和提升自我护理能力,还能提升其护理效果,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of epistemic-practice nursing in patients with endometriosis and diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometriosis and diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Control group patients with conventional mode of nursing, observation group patients with knowledge and practice mode of nursing. The disease coping score, self-care ability score and total nursing effective rate of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in disease coping score and self-care ability score between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the disease coping score and self-care ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of epistemic-practice nursing in patients with endometriosis and diabetes is significant, which can not only promote patients to actively cope with the disease and improve their self-care ability, but also improve their nursing effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
