基于移动平台的居家护理结合健康宣教对产后新生儿及产妇盆底肌康复训练的影响

Effects of home care combined with health education based on mobile platform on the rehabilitation training of postpartum newborns and puerpera pelvic floor muscles

目的 观察研究基于移动平台的居家护理结合健康宣教对产妇新生儿及产妇盆底肌康复训练的指导效果。方法 选取130例产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组65例。两组患者均开展盆底肌肉康复锻炼,观察组在盆底肌肉康复锻炼基础上给予基于移动平台的居家护理结合健康宣教。观察两组产后盆底肌力等级状况、临床相关指标水平。结果 观察组产后盆底肌力等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇母乳喂养技能评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,新生儿黄疸消退时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于移动平台的居家护理结合健康宣教护理模式应用于产妇自我护理中,可提高其母乳喂养肌力和生活质量,加快其盆底肌功能恢复速度,缩短新生儿黄疸消退时长,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To observe and study the guiding effect of home care based on mobile platform combined with health education on neonatal and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training of puerpera. Methods Totals of 130 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 65 cases in each group. Both groups were given pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group was given home care combined with health education based on mobile platform on the basis of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise. The postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength grade and clinical related indicators were observed in the two groups. Results The grade of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The breast-feeding muscle strength score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the time of neonatal jaundice disappearance was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Home care combined with health education based on mobile platform applied in the self-care of puerpera can improve their breast feeding muscle strength and quality of life, accelerate the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function, and shorten the duration of neonatal jaundice disappearance, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
