优质护理对产妇产后泌乳的影响

Effect of quality nursing on postpartum lactation

目的 探讨产妇分娩后接受优质护理对泌乳效果的影响。方法 选择56例产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组28例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较两组产妇护理后泌乳情况、乳汁分泌充足率、产妇母乳喂养感受、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组产妇泌乳始动时间短于对照组,产后24 h哺乳次数多于对照组,乳房胀痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇乳汁分泌充足率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产妇分娩后应用优质护理,可缩短初始泌乳时间,促进乳汁分泌,保障母乳喂养成功率,提升产妇母乳喂养时的舒适度,同时提高产妇的护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on lactation after delivery. Methods A total of 56 cases of puerpera were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each with 28 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing. The lactation situation, adequate rate of milk secretion,breastfeeding feeling and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results After nursing, the initial time of lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the number of lactation 24 hours after delivery was more than that in the control group, and the incidence of breast swelling and pain was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The adequate rate of maternal milk secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing after delivery can shorten the initial lactation time, promote milk secretion,ensure the success rate of breastfeeding, improve the comfort of breastfeeding, and improve the nursing satisfaction of puerpera,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
