介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床探讨

腰椎间盘突出症是患者腰腿痛的一个重要因素,临床主要表现为下肢的放射性疼痛或麻木,严重者可导致二便障碍、无法行走。近年来腰椎间盘突出发病趋势从中老年人逐渐全年龄化,发病率逐年上升,复发率高,一直是骨科热门话题。就此病而言,传统的保守治疗与开放手术治疗皆有不同程度的效果,但保守治疗的复发率与开放手术的副作用让人觉得美中不足。本文介绍腰椎间盘突出症微创介入的不同治疗方式,简述发展历程、优缺点及近年来国内外最新的相关研究,为治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供新思路。

Lumbar disc herniation is an important factor in patients with low back and leg pain, the main clinical manifestations are radioactive pain or numbness of lower limbs, in severe cases, it can lead to the disorders of urination and defecation and inability to walk. In recent years, the incidence trend of lumbar disc herniation has been all age groups from middle-aged and elderly people gradually, the incidence rate has increased year by year,and the recurrence rate is high, which has always been a hot topic in orthopedics. In terms of this disease, both traditional conservative treatment and open surgical treatment have different degrees of efficacy, but the recurrence rate of conservative treatment and the side effects of open surgery is far from our satisfaction. This paper introduces the different treatment methods of minimally invasive intervention for lumbar disc herniation, and briefly describes the development process, advantages and disadvantages as well as the latest relevant research at home and abroad in recent years, to provide new ideas for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
