摘要
IgA肾病是一种多基因、多因素参与的原发性肾小球肾炎。其中,免疫和炎症机制在IgA肾病发病中起关键作用,多种炎症因子与IgA肾病的发生、发展密切相关,可成为新的无创检测指标和治疗靶点。该文综述炎症因子在IgA肾病发病机制的研究进展。
IgA nephropathy is a polygenic and multifactorial primary glomerulonephritis,in which immune and inflammatory mechanisms play a key role in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy.Studies have shown that multiple inflammatory cytokines are closely related to the occurrence and development of IgA nephropathy,and can become a new noninvasive diagnostic marker and therapeutic target.In this paper,the research progress of inflammatory cytokines have been reviewed in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy.
