摘要
目的:分析以问题为基础(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法结合角色扮演教学法在牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用价值。方法:选取对照组2017级五年制口腔专业学生15人和实验组2016级八年制口腔专业学生12人,对照组采用PBL教学法,实验组采用PBL教学法联合角色扮演教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果:实验组理论考试、病例分析分数(85.67±3.11、85.67±2.80)均高于对照组(83.20±2.98、82.87±3.54)(P<0.05);实验组临床横向思维能力、医患沟通技巧、关爱患者的爱伤意识、综合分析能力、学习兴趣、学习效率、团队意识、教学满意度的教学效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙体牙髓病学教学中采用PBL教学法联合角色扮演教学法可有效提高学生学习效果,提升学生综合分析能力、临床思维能力、医患沟通技巧、关爱患者的爱伤意识等临床综合能力。
Objective:To investigate the value of application of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method combined with role-playing teaching method in cariology and endodontic teaching for undergraduates.Methods:15 of 2017th-5-year programme students as the control group and 12 of 2016th-8-year programme students as the experimental group participated in the study.PBL teaching method was adopted in the control group,and PBL teaching method combined with role-playing teaching method was adopted in the experimental group.The teaching effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of theory test and operation skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching effects of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)in terms of improving clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication skills,consciousness of patient-friendly and dedication,comprehensive analysis ability,learning interest,learning efficiency,team consciousness and teaching satisfaction.Conclusions:The application of PBL teaching method combined with role-playing teaching method in cariology and endodontic teaching can improve students’comprehensive analysis ability,clinical thinking ability,doctor-patient communication skills,consciousness of patient-friendly and dedication.
