摘要
大量低、中放核废料需要依靠起重机进行搬运、码垛、填埋等作业,适合于核废料搬运工况的起重机应满足许多特殊功能和技术要求。由于目前国内尚未制定专门的技术标准或规范,在役核废料起重机类型和技术参差不齐,不能完全满足安全可靠使用的要求。因此,有必要从技术角度分析和探讨如何更好地实现核废料数控起重机。文中通过参考相关资料和工程实际设计经验,指出了核废料数控起重机的设计原则,从机构设计、冗余技术、精度实现、智能控制等方面进行讨论和分析,提出了核废料数控起重机关键技术的解决思路和实现方案。该方案可作为未来新项目设计开发或存量起重机改造的参考,对核废料起重机技术标准和规范的编制具有一定参考价值。
A large number of low-level and medium-level nuclear wastes need to be transported,palletized and buried by cranes.Cranes suitable for nuclear waste handling should meet many special functional and technical requirements.At present,there are no special technical standards or specifications in China,and the types and technologies of cranes for nuclear waste in service are uneven,which can’t completely ensure their safe and reliable use.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and discuss how to better manufacture nuclear waste CNC cranes from a technical point of view.With reference to relevant information and practical engineering design experience,the author describes the design principle of nuclear waste CNC crane,discusses and analyzes the mechanism design,redundancy technology,precision realization and intelligent control,and puts forward the key technical ideas and implementation scheme of nuclear waste CNC crane.This scheme has certain reference value for the future new project design and development,the reconstruction and provision of stock cranes and the compilation of technical standards and specifications for nuclear waste cranes.
