摘要
文中基于我国权威数字图书馆知网的大数据统计分析技术和云计算技术深入挖掘了我国起重机械研究趋势、学科方向、研发类型和应用状况等,分析出我国起重机标准化建设现状,并判断出标准化现状存在的各类问题。根据标准化存在的不足和问题根源,提出建立起重机的安全评估标准化体系、起重机节能标准体系、起重机智能化标准体系、定向行业的起重运行标准化体系的策略。研究策略为起重机标准化体系建设提供科学指导,推进全国起重全生命周期综合管理新机制的形成,打造起重安全新形势。
In this paper,based on the big data statistical analysis technology and cloud computing technology of HowNet,an authoritative digital library in China,the research trend,discipline direction,research and development types and application status of cranes in China are deeply discussed,the status quo of crane standardization in China is analyzed,and various problems in standardization are identified.According to the shortcomings of standardization and root causes of problems,the establishment of standardization system of crane safety assessment,standardization system of crane energy saving,standardization system of crane intelligence and standardization system of crane operation in directional industry are put forward.Research strategies play a role in scientific guidance for the establishment of crane standardization system,promote the formation of a new comprehensive management mechanism of the full life cycle of hoisting machinery in China and a new trend of hoisting machinery safety.
