摘要
通过关键参数设计、材料分析,研制了一种具有高准确度、高稳定性、便于携带等特性的大尺寸二维网格标准板,并通过基标准器参数的测试与分析,验证其量传溯源特性与性能指标。通过典型的示范应用,实现对大尺寸高准确度影像测量仪的校准与测量不确定度分析,完成从标准器的研制到应用的高精度参考网格量值传递应用研究,说明研制的大尺寸二维网格标准板是一种理想的多参量几何标准器,具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper designs the key parameters and analyzes the materials,a kind of large-scale two-dimensional grid standard plate with high accuracy,high stability and portability is developed,and its quantitative traceability characteristics and performance index are analyzed by testing and analyzing the parameters of the base standard.Through the typical demonstration application,the calibration and uncertainty analysis of the large-scale and high-accuracy image measuring instrument are realized,and the application research of high-precision reference grid quantity transmission from the development of the standard device to the application is completed,the results show that the developed large-scale two-dimensional grid standard plate is an ideal multiparameter geometric standard and has a wide application prospect.
