活虾称重计量操作规范

Study on the standard operation of weighing and measuring live shrimps

摘要 依据JJF 1647-2017,设计了一种活虾类商品称重计量的沥水设备,研究了不同规格沥水工具的使用状况,比较了不同沥水时间下活虾的质量变化情况,设计了倾斜20°的倾角沥水装置,最后分析了不同结算质量下网络销售的零售活虾短缺量。通过3组人员完成了30批次样品检测,分析并选择了合理的沥水方式、沥水工具、沥水角度以及沥水时间。实验结果表明,设备沥水法相较于手动沥水法更能规范人员操作,四周及底部开孔的沥水设备效果最好,倾斜20°状态下更有利于控干水分,10 s沥水时间的控水效率与15 s的控水效率相近,且较短的沥水时间更能提高销售结算效率。 According to JJF 1647-2017,we designs a leaching device based on the weighing and metering of live shrimps,studies the use state of different sizes of leaching tools,compares the mass change of kiwis shrimps under different leaching times,designs a tilting angle leaching device with an inclination of 20°,and finally analyzes the shortage of retail basil shrimps sold on the internet under different settlement qualities.Thirty batches of samples were tested by three groups of people to analyse and select a reasonable leaching method,leaching tool,leaching angle and leaching time.The results of the experiments showed that the equipment draining method was more standardised than the manual draining method,that draining equipment with holes around and at the bottom was the most effective,that tilting at 20°was better for water control,that the water control efficiency of 10 s was similar to that of 15 s and that a shorter draining time was more efficient for sales settlement.
