新冠疫情下企业跨界创业资源整合机制框架研究

Research on the Framework of Cross-border Entrepreneurial Resource Integration Mechanism for Enterprises under the COVID-19 Epidemic

面对全球疫情危机的持续发酵,摆脱贸易拉动经济的单一经济增长模式是我国经济实现稳定增长的关键,通过创业的方式来改变经济疲软的状况就显得尤为迫切。对企业来说,社会背景的转变为其带来发展机遇的同时也带来了更为激烈的竞争,资源的稀缺、同质化的困境使得企业不得不提高冗余资源的利用率并寻求新的获取资源的途径,跨界创业成为企业新的战略选择。以跨界创业企业为研究对象,分析跨界创业企业资源整合的必要性,结合资源整合的过程,从资源识别、资源获取、资源匹配、资源利用四层面对环境因素不确定情况下企业跨界创业资源整合机制进行探讨,并对现代企业跨界创业提出建议。

In the face of the continuous fermentation of the global epidemic crisis,getting rid of the single economic growth model of trade-driven economy is the key to achieving stable economic growth in China’s economy,and it is particularly urgent to change the weak economy through entrepreneurship.For enterprises,the transformation of social background brings development opportunities at the same time also brings more fierce competition,the scarcity of resources,homogenization of the dilemma makes enterprises have to improve the utilization of redundant resources and seek new ways to obtain resources,cross-border entrepreneurship has become a new strategic choice for enterprises.Taking cross-border entrepreneurial enterprises as the research object,this paper analyzes the necessity of resource integration of cross-border entrepreneurial enterprises,combines the process of resource integration,discusses the integration mechanism of cross-border entrepreneurial resources of enterprises under the uncertainty of the environment from the four levels of resource identification,resource acquisition,resource matching and resource utilization,and makes suggestions for cross-border entrepreneurship of modern enterprises.
