“TAVE”循环模型视角下高校学生党建工作与立德树人融合探析

A Probe into the Integration of College Students’Party Building and Morality Cultivation from the Perspective of“TAVE”Circular Model

在新形势下,高校学生党建工作与立德树人的融合发展研究已经成为当前高校党建工作的重要内容。通过构建思想认知、行为转变、价值塑造、榜样带动的“TAVE”循环模型,促进党建工作与立德树人深度融合,以有效解决高校学生党建工作与立德树人二者在融合过程中所出现的规律性运用缺乏、融合成效不够显著、长效化和常态化的育人机制未形成等问题,从而实现党建育人与立德树人同频共振。

Under the new situation,the research on the integration and development of the party building work of college students and the cultivation of virtue has become an important content of the party building work of colleges and universities.In this paper,by constructing ideological cognition,and behavior change,value shape,model driven“TAVE”cycle model,promote the party construction with khalid ents depth fusion,in order to effectively solve the university student party construction work and khalid ents appear in the process of integration between lack of regularity of use,the fusion effect is not significant,long-term and normal education mechanism has not formed,So as to realize the party building education and moral education with resonance.
