英语教学中利用智能手机提升大学生英语词汇学习效果

Use of Mobile Phones in English Teaching for Improving Vocabulary Learning of College Students

随着科技的发展,智能手机在日常学习中扮演着越来越重要的作用。智能手机应用程序为语言教学方法和学习进程提供了创新视野和机遇。在国外相关研究的基础上,实证研究利用移动科技在教授英语短语时与传统手法的区别及有效性。实验设计为确定随机取样的对照组与实验组在实验前后的测试成绩差异。结果表明与常规教学方法相比,利用智能手机效果更为明显。教师在利用智能手机进行词汇教学前需要做好充分准备,搞好环节设计。

Mobile phones have an essential role in day-to-day lives.The use of their applications provides new insights for innovation in language teaching and learning process.The present study intends to examine the efficiency of a mobile application on teaching phrases compared to conventional activities.Experimental research design with pre-test and post-test was employed to determine the differences between the scores of the control group and the experimental group.Results indicated that participants in the experimental group performed significantly better.Suggestions have been given for using mobile phone applications more effectively for vocabulary learning.
