疫情防控常态化背景下高校辅导员工作的挑战及其应对

Challenges and Countermeasures of University Counselors’Work under the Background of Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control

疫情防控常态化背景下,高校辅导员面临着工作角色更多元、工作内容更复杂、工作方式更综合、工作要求更严格等一系列的新变化。高校辅导员应当“因事而化、因时而进、因势而新”,以高度的责任感和使命感坚持做到五个“到位”,通过“有态度、有高度、有力度、有温度、有效度”五个维度的工作来积极回应疫情防控常态化背景下辅导员工作所面临的新问题和新挑战。

Against the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,college counselors are faced with a series of new changes,such as more diversified work roles,more complex work content,more comprehensive work methods,and more stringent work requirements.College counselors should“adapt to the situation,advance according to the time,and become new according to the situation”,and adhere to the five“in place”with a high sense of responsibility and mission.By working from five dimensions of“attitude,height,strength,temperature and effectiveness”,we will actively respond to new problems and challenges faced by counselors under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control.
