摘要
目的探讨茶多酚联合盐酸米诺环素对牙周炎患者临床疗效、牙周指标及龈沟液炎症因子的影响。方法牙周炎患者94例随机均分为对照组(盐酸米诺环素治疗)和观察组(盐酸米诺环素+茶多酚治疗),连续治疗8周,治疗结果时评价2组患者的临床疗效,比较治疗前和治疗结束时2组患者牙周指标(探诊深度、菌斑指数及探诊出血指数);收集治疗前及治疗结束时2组患者的龈沟液,采用全自动生化分析仪检测C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6);观察治疗期间2组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组牙周炎患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组牙周炎患者探诊深度>4 mm位点比例、菌斑指数及探诊出血指数均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,治疗前后差值观察组均大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组牙周炎患者龈沟液中CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组<对照组,治疗前后差值观察组均大于对照组(P<0.05);2组牙周炎患者不良反应的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茶多酚联合盐酸米诺环素可提高牙周炎患者临床疗效,改善牙周指标,降低龈沟液炎症因子水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols combined with minocycline hydrochloride on the clinical efficacy,periodontal index and inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluids of patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into control group(treated with minocycline hydrochloride)and observation group(treated with minocycline hydrochloride+tea polyphenols).The clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment.Periodontal indexes(probing depth,plaque index and bleeding on probing)were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Gingival crevicular fluids of two groups were collected before treatment and after treatment.Automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6).Adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of sites with probing depth>4 mm,plaque index and bleeding on probing in two groups were decreased,and their differences between before and after treatment were greater in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluids in two groups were reduced,and they were lower in observation group than control group,and their differences between before and after treatment were greater in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tea polyphenols combined with minocycline hydrochloride can improve the clinical efficacy of the patients with periodontitis,improve periodontal indexes and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluids.
