Green exploration technology of Xiling super large gold mining area in Northwest Jiaodong

西岭超大型金矿区位于胶西北莱州市三山岛,是国家级的整装勘查区,探明的黄金储量居全国前列,探矿成果极为丰硕。目前西岭金矿勘查已全面进入勘探阶段,自山东省生态红线划定批示下发后,山东黄金地质矿产勘查有限公司积极探索和践行绿色勘查之路,通过编制绿色勘查规划、建立生态保护制度、采用“一基多孔”等优化设计,最大程度地减少占用土地,同时对钻机冲洗液循环系统的材料、结构、布置进行技术革新,强化生产污水、油渍、废弃物、生活垃圾处理,合理布局施工场地,并通过铺设环保土工布、终孔场地平整恢复、种植草木还原生态等一系列创新技术与措施加强绿色环保施工,避免破坏原生态系统。西岭金矿区积极探索、创新措施,形成了一整套涵盖绿色勘查设计、施工、环境恢复治理、检查验收等的绿色勘查模式,实现了地质勘查与生态环境的和谐共赢。

Xiling super large gold exploration area is located in Sanshandao,Laizhou City,Northwest Jiaodong.It is a national integrated exploration area.The proved gold reserves rank in the forefront of the country,and the exploration results are very fruitful.At present,the exploration of Xiling Gold Mine has fully entered the exploration stage.Since the issuance of the instructions on the delimitation of the ecological red line in Shandong Province,Shandong Gold Geological and Mineral Exploration Co.,Ltd.has actively explored and practiced the road of green exploration,and minimized the occupation of land by compiling green exploration planning,establishing ecological protection system,adopting“one foundation and multi holes”and other optimization designs.At the same time,carry out technical innovation on the materials,structure and layout of the drilling rig flushing fluid circulation system,strengthen the treatment of production sewage,oil stains,waste and domestic waste,reasonably arrange the construction site and lay environmental protection geotextiles,flatten and restore the final hole site,plant plants and trees to restore ecology,and a series of innovative technologies and measures,so as to strengthen green environmental protection construction and avoid damaging the original ecosystem.Xiling Gold Mining Area actively explores and innovated measures,forming a set of complete and effective green exploration mode covering green exploration design,construction,environmental restoration and management,inspection and acceptance,and realized the harmonious win-win effect between geological exploration and ecological environment.
