中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。实现共同富裕是一个长期的历史过程,将面临诸多重大影响因素,科技创新则是其中的重要一项。从理论和实践来看,科技创新既可有效改善和促进社会生产、推进经济增长、调整经济结构,也可有效提高效率、促进公平、缩小差距,有助于推进全体人民共同富裕。但是,由于不同地区、行业、人群对新技术及其涉及资源的拥有程度和应用能力不同,也可能产生就业机会不平等、收入差距扩大等问题。在全面提高科技创新水平的同时,还需积极完善新型基础设施布局,加快与创新发展相适应的制度建设,使科技创新成果更多用于增进人民福祉,在高质量发展中促进全体人民共同富裕。

Chinese modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all.The realization of common prosperity is a long-term historical process,which will face scientific and technological innovation as a significant influencing factor.From the perspective of theory and practice,scientific and technological innovation can not only effectively improve social production,promote economic growth and adjust the economic structure,but also effectively improve efficiency,promote equity,narrow the gap,which contribute to common prosperity for all.However,different regions,industries and people have different levels of ownership and application ability of new technologies and related resources,which may also lead to problems such as unequal employment opportunities,widening income gap.While raising the level of scientific and technological innovation across the board,it is also necessary to actively improve the layout of new types of infrastructure,speed up institutional development in line with innovative development,make more scientific and technological innovation be used to improve people’s well-being,and promote common prosperity for all through high-quality development.
