三联疗法治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析三联疗法治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2020年11月-2021年11月河源友好医院收治的2型糖尿病患者72例作为观察对象,采用电脑随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各36例。对照组给予单一治疗,研究组给予三联疗法,比较两组患者治疗效果、血糖水平[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))]、胰岛素水平[空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗(IR)]、生活质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者FBG、2hPBG、HbA_(1c)水平均下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者FINS水平升高,IR水平降低,研究组FINS水平高于对照组,IR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组社会能力、情绪情况、身体功能、活力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三联治疗在2型糖尿病中降糖效果更加理想,可有效控制血糖水平,调节胰岛素水平,增强治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of triple therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Seventy-two patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Heyuan Friendship Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and study group,36 cases each,using computerized random number table method.The control group was given single treatment and the study group was given triple therapy.The treatment effect,blood glucose level[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))],insulin level[fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance(IR)],and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,FBG,2hPBG,and HbA_(1c) levels decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FINS levels increased and IR levels decreased in both groups,with higher FINS levels and lower IR levels in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);social competence,emotional condition,physical function,and vitality scores were higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triple therapy is more effective in lowering glucose in type 2 diabetes,effectively controlling blood glucose levels,regulating insulin levels,enhancing therapeutic effects,and improving patients'quality of life.
