阿维A联合干扰素注射液治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Acitretin Combined with Interferon Injection in the Treatment of Perianal Acromegaly

目的:观察阿维A联合α-2b重组人干扰素注射液治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月江苏张家港市疾病预防控制中心收治的肛周尖锐湿疣患者80例为观察对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予干扰素注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿维A胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、皮损消退时间、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-2(IL-2)]、复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮损消退平均时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-2水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿维A联合α-2b重组人干扰素注射液治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的治疗效果显著,可缩短皮损消退时间,改善炎性因子水平,降低复发率。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acitretin combined with α-2b recombinant human interferon injection in the treatment of perianal acromegaly.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with perianal acitretin warts admitted to Zhangjiagang Disease Prevention and Control Center in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to random sampling method,40 cases each.The control group was treated with interferon injection,and the observation group was treated with acitretin capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,lesion regression time,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-2(IL-2)],and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean time of lesion regression in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-2 were lower in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum with acitretin combined with α-2b recombinant human interferon injection has significant therapeutic effects,which can shorten the regression time of skin lesions,improve the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the recurrence rate.
