临床路径管理在基层医院运营中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Clinical Pathway Management in Primary Hospital Operations

目的:探讨临床路径管理在基层医院运营中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年1月清远市清城区人民医院采取常规管理期间收治的住院患者1333例作为对照组;选取2020年2月-2021年1月清远市清城区人民医院开展临床路径管理期间收治的住院患者1029例作为观察组。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予临床路径管理。比较两组工作效率、医疗质量、医疗费用和患者满意度。结果:观察组病床周转次数多于对照组,使用抗生素天数和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组检查费用、药品费用、治疗费用和手术费用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在基层医院运营中采取临床路径管理,能够提升工作效率和医疗质量,有助于控制医疗费用,获得更高的患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical pathway management in the operation of primary hospitals.Methods:1,333 inpatients admitted to Qingyuan Qingcheng District People's Hospital during the adoption of conventional management from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the control group.1,029 inpatients admitted during the period of clinical pathway management in Qingcheng District People's Hospital,Qingyuan,from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given conventional management and the observation group was given clinical pathway management.The efficiency,medical quality,medical cost and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had more bed turnarounds than the control group,and the number of days of antibiotic use and length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The examination cost,drug cost,treatment cost and operation cost in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Adopting clinical pathway management in primary hospital operation can improve efficiency and medical quality,help control medical costs,and achieve higher patient satisfaction.
