针灸康复联合Pro-kin平衡功能训练仪对脑卒中患者平衡功能的改善效果

Effect of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Combined with Pro-kin Balance Function Training Instrument on Balance Function Improvement in Stroke Patients

目的:分析针灸康复联合Pro-kin平衡功能训练仪对脑卒中患者平衡功能的改善作用。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年4月广州市中西医结合医院收治的脑卒中患者98例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组给予Pro-kin平衡功能训练仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸康复治疗,比较两组患者氧化因子、血液流变学指标、平衡能力[Berg平衡评分(BBS)]、肢体运动能力[Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)]。结果:干预后,两组患者内皮素-1、丙二醇水平均降低,一氧化氮水平均升高,观察组内皮素-1、丙二醇水平低于对照组,一氧化氮水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血小板黏附率均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者BBS评分均升高,FMA评分均降低,观察组BBS评分高于对照组,FMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸康复联合Pro-kin平衡功能训练仪治疗脑卒中患者,可改善患者氧化因子、血液流变学指标、平衡能力、肢体运动能力。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation combined with Pro-kin balance function training instrument on balance function improvement of stroke patients.Methods:Ninety-eight stroke patients admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pro-kin balance function training instrument,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.Oxidizing factors,hemorheology indexes,balance ability[Berg balance score(BBS)]and limb motor ability[Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of endothelin-1 and propylene glycol were decreased and the levels of nitric oxide were increased in both groups.The levels of endothelin-1 and propylene glycol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of nitric oxide were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and platelet adhesion rate were decreased in 2 groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,BBS score increased and FMA score decreased in both groups,BBS score of observation group was higher than control group,FMA score was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and rehabilitation combined with Prokin balance function training instrument can improve oxidation factor,hemorheology index,balance ability and limb movement ability of patients with stroke.
