炎琥宁联合穴位按压治疗小儿外感发热的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Yanhuning Combined with Acupressure on Children with Exogenous Fever

目的:分析炎琥宁联合穴位按压治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年3月-2022年3月太仓市中医医院儿科收治的外感发热患儿100例为观察对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予炎琥宁注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按压治疗,比较两组患儿体温变化、体温曲线下面积、退热有效率及不良反应。结果:治疗1、3d后,两组患儿体温均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、3 d后,两组患儿曲线下面积均变小,观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见明显的不良反应,治疗安全性较高。结论:炎琥宁联合穴位按压治疗小儿外感发热的临床效果显著,可明显降低体温,治疗期间不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with acupressure on children with external fever.Methods:A total of 100 children with exogenous fever admitted to the department of pediatrics of Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yanhuning injection,and the observation group was treated with acupressure on the basis of the control group.The change of body temperature,area under body temperature curve,antipyretic effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 and 3 days of treatment,the body temperature of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 days of treatment,the area under the curve in both groups became smaller,and the observation group was bigger than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total antipyretic effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups,and the safety of treatment was high.Conclusion:Yanhuning combined with acupressure in the treatment of children with exogenous fever has remarkable clinical effect,can significantly reduce body temperature,and will not increase adverse reactions during treatment,with high safety.
