呼吸康复综合干预管理结合中医冬病夏治对治疗呼吸系统疾病的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation Comprehensive Intervention Management Combined with Chinese Medicine Winter Disease and Summer Treatment on Respiratory System Disease

目的:探讨呼吸康复综合干预管理结合中医冬病夏治对治疗呼吸系统疾病的效果。方法:选取2021年3-11月广西北海市中医医院收治的呼吸系统疾病患者80例为观察对象,通过抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予呼吸康复综合干预管理,观察组在对照组基础上结合中医冬病夏治干预,比较两组患者生活质量、肺功能指标。结果:干预后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者肺功能指标水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸系统疾病采用呼吸康复综合干预管理结合中医冬病夏治干预,可有效改善患者肺功能,提升其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention and management of respiratory rehabilitation combined with the treatment of winter disease and summer treatment on respiratory system diseases.Methods:Eighty patients with respiratory system diseases admitted to Guangxi Beihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to November 2021 were selected as observation subjects.The cases were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,40 cases each.The control group was given comprehensive intervention management of respiratory rehabilitation,and the observation group was combined with Chinese medicine winter disease and summer intervention on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and lung function indexes of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the level of pulmonary function indexes increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of comprehensive respiratory rehabilitation intervention management combined with TCM winter disease and summer intervention for respiratory system diseases can effectively improve patients'lung function and enhance their quality of life.
