快速康复理念护理干预肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept in Shoulder Arthroscopic Treatment of Rotator Cuff Injury

目的:探讨快速康复理念护理干预肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤的效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2022年8月江苏大学附属医院关节运动医学科收治的肩袖损伤患者50例为观察对象,行肩关节镜手术治疗,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予快速康复理念护理干预,比较两组患者肩关节活动度、肩关节功能、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者外展、外旋、内旋、后伸肩关节活动度均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者活动度、肌力、日常生活评分均升高,疼痛评分均降低,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,活动度、肌力及日常生活评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复理念护理干预肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果显著,可提高肩关节活动度及功能,预防并发症,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention of rapid rehabilitation concept in shoulder arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury.Methods:Fifty patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to the Department of Joint Sports Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the observation objects.All of them underwent shoulder arthroscopic surgery,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention.The range of shoulder joint motion,shoulder joint function,postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,abductor,external rotation,internal rotation and posterior extension shoulder joint motion were increased in 2 groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the range of activity,muscle strength and daily life scores were increased,while the pain scores were decreased in both groups.The pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the range of activity,muscle strength and daily life scores were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation concept nursing intervention of shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of rotator cuff injury has significant clinical effect,can improve the range of motion and function of shoulder joint,prevent complications,improve patient satisfaction in nursing.
