摘要
中高职一体化人才培养是现代职业教育体系发展的必然趋势,是提高人才培养质量的内在需求。在汽车服务与营销专业一体化人才培养中,存在学段培养定位不清、课程体系结构不完善、能力层次提升不足等现象,结合浙江省区域经济发展特色,充分研究了汽车行业的职业需要,科学评估了现有职业分类的合理性,具体分析了汽车服务与营销专业岗位任务与职业能力,研究了该专业教学标准技术方案,为中高职院校汽车服务与营销专业清晰的人才培养目标定位提供切实可行的参照标准。
The training of integrated talents in secondary and higher vocational education is an inevitable trend of the development of modern vocational education system.The inherent demand for improving the quality of talent training.In the training of integrated talents in automobile service and marketing,there are some phenomena such as unclear training positioning,imperfect curriculum system structure,insufficient ability level upgrading,etc.In combination with the characteristics of regional economic development in Zhejiang province,the professional needs of the automobile industry have been fully studied.Scientifically evaluated the rationality of the existing occupational classification,specifically analyzed the post tasks and professional abilities of the automobile service and marketing specialty,studied the teaching standard and technical scheme of the specialty,and provided a practical reference standard for the clear talent training target positioning of the automobile service and marketing specialty in secondary and higher vocational colleges.
