模块化模拟教学法在肩关节镜手术培训中的运用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨模块化模拟教学法在运动医学肩关节镜手术培训中的运用效果。方法选择2019年9月—2021年5月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院进行运动医学肩关节镜手术培训的64名进修医师作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(32名)和模块化组(32名)。对照组常规采用关节镜模拟操作训练箱进行培训,模块化组在对照组基础上应用模块化模拟教学法进行培训,对比两组培训效果。结果模块化组肩关节手术操作水平优良率(90.63%,29/32)和合格率(100%,32/32)均显著高于对照组(75.00%,24/32;87.50%,28/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模块化组理论知识考核解剖学知识、肩关节镜康复知识、肩关节镜背景知识、诊疗作用、肩关节镜组成、基本操作技术、适应证和禁忌证评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模块化组操作技能抓持传递、缝合打结、肩关节不稳模拟训练、肩袖损伤模拟训练、肩峰下减压模拟训练、肩峰成形模拟训练考核评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模块化组理论考核、操作技能考核评分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模块化模拟教学法可有效提升进修医师理论与技能学习效果,可有效提升其肩关节镜手术操作技能,应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of modular simulation teaching method in sports medicine shoulder arthroscopy training.Methods From September 2019 to May 2021,64 advanced doctors who were trained in sports medicine shoulder arthroscopy in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(32 cases)and a modular group(32 cases).The control group routinely used the arthroscopy simulation operation training box for training,and the modular group applied modular simulation teaching method on the basis of the control group for training,and compared the training effects of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate(90.63%,29/32)and qualified rate(100%,32/32)of shoulder operation level in modular group were significantly higher than those in control group(75.00%,24/32;87.50%,28/32)(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge examination,anatomical knowledge,shoulder arthroscopy rehabilitation knowledge,shoulder arthroscopy background knowledge,diagnosis and treatment function,shoulder arthroscopy composition,basic operation technology,indications and contraindications in the modular group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The assessment scores of the modular group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of theory examination,operation skill examination in the modular group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modular simulation teaching method can effectively improve the learning effect of advanced doctors’theory and skills,and can effectively improve their shoulder arthroscopy operation skills.It has high application value and is worthy of popularization and reference.
