MDT模式下CBL教学法在甲状腺外科医师住培教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨多学科诊疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)结合以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)应用在甲状腺外科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选择2019年9月—2020年8月在解放军总医院第一医学中心普通外科医学部进行规范化培训的24名住院医师为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各12名,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用CBL联合MDT教学模式,通过对比两组住院医师理论知识和临床技能考核成绩和住院医师对各自教学模式的主观评价来评估教学效果。结果试验组的理论考核成绩明显优于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而临床技能考核成绩两组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),在主观评价方面试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺外科住院医师规范化培训应用CBL联合MDT教学模式能更好地提高住院医师临床分析能力及自主学习能力,具有实际应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)mode combined with case-based learning(CBL)in standardized training of thyroid surgery residents.Methods A total of 24 residents who received standardized training in department of general surgery of the First Medical Center of the Chinese PLA General Hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 12 people in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the CBL combined with MDT teaching method.The teaching effects were evaluated by comparing the results of the two groups on theoretical and clinical assessment,as well as the residents’subjective evaluation of their respective teaching modes.Results The theoretical assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in clinical skills assessment scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Besides,the experimental group was greater than the control group in terms of subjective evaluation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions CBL combined with MDT teaching mode applying in the standardized training of thyroid surgery residents can effectively improve clinical analysis ability and independent learning ability of residents,which has practical promotion value.
