问题式教学在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨妇产科临床护理带教中采用问题式教学的价值。方法 2020年1月—2021年1月50名妇产科实习护生按“随机数字表法”分为对照组(n=25,采用传统带教模式)、观察组(n=25,采用问题式教学),统计两组教学质量、考核成绩、综合素质、师生满意度。结果(1)教学质量:观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)考核成绩:观察组理论知识、病例分析、实践操作、出科成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)综合素质:观察组高于对照组,组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(4)师生满意度:观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 问题式教学在妇产科临床护理带教中可行性较高,可提高师生满意度及综合素质,亦可改善教学质量,值得借鉴及参考。 Objective To explore the value of problembased teaching in clinical nursing teaching of Obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 50 nursing students in obstetrics and gynecology practice(January 2020–January 2021) were included. According to the "random number table method", they were divided into control group(n=25, using traditional teaching mode) and observation group(n=25, using problem-based teaching). The teaching quality, assessment results,comprehensive quality and teacher-student satisfaction of the two groups were counted. Results(1) Teaching quality: the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) Examination results: The observation group’s theoretical knowledge, case analysis, practical operation and graduation scores were higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3) Comprehensive quality:the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4) The satisfaction of teachers and students:the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-based teaching is feasible in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. it can not only improve the satisfaction and comprehensive quality of teachers and students, but also improve the teaching quality, which is worthy of reference.
