百色市全科医生转岗培训学员培训效果及影响因素分析 被引量:4

Training Effect and Influencing Factors of General Practitioner Transfer Training Trainees in Baise City

摘要 目的了解百色市全科医生转岗培训学员培训效果,分析可能的影响因素,为促进当地全科医生转岗培训质量提高提供科学理论依据。方法对2011年—2021年参与右江民族医学院附属医院全科医生转岗培训学员856名进行问卷调查,比较培训前摸底考试成绩与培训后结业考试成绩,分析全科医生转岗培训效果影响因素。结果856名研究对象培训前摸底考试成绩为(57.69±10.47)分,培训后结业考试成绩为(81.24±12.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。856名研究对象培训后及格率从培训前的48.95%(419/856)提高到96.03%(822/856),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。听课频率与结业考试成绩呈正相关(r=0.897,P<0.001),听课频率越高则结业考试成绩得分越高。不同年龄、性别、学历和既往是否担任过全科医生工作、既往是否参加过全科医生培训学员结业考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄<35岁、本科及以上学历和听课频率越高的学员结业考试成绩越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。856名研究对象对全科医生转岗培训总满意度为91.47%。结论百色市全科医生转岗培训可提高学员的基层服务能力,其中年龄、学历及听课频率是全科医生转岗培训效果的影响因素,今后当地开展全科医生转岗培训应结合学员特征和实际需求制定个性化培训方案,进一步增加培训效果。 Objective To explore the training effect of general practitioner transfer training trainees in Baise City,and analyze the possible influencing factors,which provide a scientific theoretical basis for promoting the quality of local general practitioner transfer training.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 856 trainees who participated in the transfer training of general practitioners in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Nationalities Medical College from 2011 to 2021.To compare the results of the pre-training examination and the post-training final exam,and to analyze the influencing factors of the effect of general practitioner transfer training.Results The score of 856 subjects in the preliminary examination before training was(57.69±10.47)points,and the score of the final examination after training was(81.24±12.83)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The passing rate of 856 subjects after training increased from 48.95%(419/856)before training to 96.03%(822/856),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There is a positive correlation between the frequency of attending classes and the score of the final examination(r=0.897,P<0.001).The higher the frequency of attending classes,the higher the score of the final examination.There were statistically significant differences in the final examination scores of students with different age,gender,education background,whether they had worked as a general practitioner in the past,and whether they had participated in the general practitioner training in the past(P<0.05).The results of multifactor analysis showed that the students who were less than 35 years old,with bachelor’s degree or above and higher frequency of attending classes had higher scores in the final examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of 856 subjects with general practitioners’job transfer training was 91.47%.Conclusion General practitioner transfer training in Baise City can improve the basic service ability of trainees.Age,educational background and lecture frequency are the influencing factors of the effect of general practitioner transfer training.In the future,the local general practitioner transfer training should be based on the characteristics and actual needs of trainees.Develop personalized training programs to further increase training effectiveness.
