自拟中药热奄包外敷联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Reyanbao External Application Combined with Warm Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探究自拟中药热奄包外敷联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月-2022年10月台山市中医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分成两组,各40例。对照组予以温针灸治疗,研究组予以自拟中药热奄包外敷联合温针灸治疗。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后炎症因子水平、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分、中医症候积分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较对照组更低,β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组JOA评分较对照组更高,中医症候积分、ODI评分均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症应用自拟中药热奄包外敷联合温针灸治疗,可以有效减轻炎症反应,改善腰椎功能,缓解临床症状,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao external application combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Taishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture,and the study group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao external application combined with warm acupuncture.The treatment effects of the two groups was compared.The levels of inflammatory factors,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores,TCM symptom scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level ofβ-endorphin(β-EP)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score and ODI score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao external application combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction,improve lumbar function and relieve clinical symptoms,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
