基于“醒脾调神法”针刺治疗化疗相关性恶心呕吐的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture on Chemotherapy-related Nausea and Vomiting Based on"Spleen-refreshing and Mind-regulating Method"

目的:探讨基于“醒脾调神法”针刺治疗化疗相关性恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年7月于福建中医药大学附属福州中医院肿瘤科化疗的患者40例,用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组20例。对照组予以格拉司琼治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以“醒脾调神法”针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效、呕吐程度、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)及前白蛋白(PA)水平。结果:两组疗效等级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(60.00%)(P<0.05);治疗组化疗结束后第2天、第3天时的呕吐程度均显著轻于对照组(P<0.05);两组化疗前、化疗后的KPS评分、Hb、ALB、PA水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于“醒脾调神法”针刺治疗化疗相关性恶心呕吐效果显著,能有效缓解化疗引起的恶心呕吐症状,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting based on"spleen-refreshing and mind-regulating method".Method:A total of 40 patients who received chemotherapy in the Oncology Department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group using the random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Granisetron,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture of"spleen-refreshing and mindregulating method"on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,vomiting severity,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)scores,hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)levels were compared between the two groups.Result:There was statistically significant between the two groups in curative effect grade(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).The vomiting degree of the treatment group on the 2nd and 3rd day after chemotherapy was significantly lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in KPS scores,Hb,ALB and PA levels between the two groups before and after chemotherapy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture based on"spleenrefreshing and mind-regulating method"has a significant effect on chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting,can effectively relieve the symptoms of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
