基于经筋理论的脑卒中后下肢功能障碍生物力学研究进展

摘要 经筋理论是传统中医理论的重要组成部分,多用于指导经筋病的治疗。下肢功能障碍是脑卒中常见的后遗症,属经筋病的范畴。卒中后下肢生物力学失衡会导致错误的力学对线以致患者偏离正常的步态模式,对其生物力学机制开展研究有利于指导下肢康复治疗。笔者基于经筋理论,从下肢生物力学角度对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能障碍进行分析,分别从运动学、动力学以及肌电学机制进行综述,以期为经筋理论指导患者的康复治疗提供有效依据及参考方向。 Meridian sinew theory is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine theory and is mostly used to guide the treatment of meridian diseases.Lower limb movement disorders are common sequelae of stroke and belong to the category of meridian tendon disease.The biomechanical imbalance of the lower extremity after stroke can lead to incorrect mechanical alignment and deviation from normal gait patterns,and the study of its biomechanical mechanisms can help guide lower extremity rehabilitation.Based on meridian sinew theory,the author analyzed the lower extremity biomechanics of hemiplegic patients after stroke and reviewed the kinematic,kinetic and electromyographic mechanisms in order to provide an effective basis and reference direction for meridian sinew theory to guide the rehabilitation treatment of patients.
